The team of a dental office works as a real sport team, it must be efficient and prepared but above all it must share the values ​​of responsibility towards the patient. Because our hands do not pass goods but health and well-being.

How our team is composed

Our current team is what has been built over the course of over 30 years, sometimes proceeding with difficulty by trial, error, choice and renunciation. We have learned something from every person who has traveled a little way with us and today we can say that those who work and will work with us certainly share the important moral values ​​of service to others before theirs economic desires. The group is made up of a total of 11 people who in various capacities and with different skills have created the success of our offices:

• 5 doctors and dentists
• 4 dental office assistants (ASO)
• 2 dental hygienists
• some external collaborators

Team formation

In all these years of profession I have realized that our staff almost never arrive with sufficient preparation to face specific needs. Despite the countless theoretical courses that an ASO (dental practice assistant) will be able to attend, the real training will be in the field and in the didactic moments dedicated to training both inside and outside the office. Our long-standing or otherwise loyal patients are always pleased to find a constant staff in the office over the years with whom they can interact, a sign that working harmony and team spirit find here reign.
