Dental Transposition

Dental transposition is the positional interchange of two adjacent teeth, or the development or eruption of a tooth in a position normally occupied by a non-adjacent tooth. In this case the lower cuspid was in the position of the lower lateral incisor. The problem was solved in two years of fixed orthodontic appliance only in the lower arch.
